Points are never spent and have no cash value. Active discounts are one-time, customer-specific, nontransferable, non-combinable, and limited to margin-approved products. The 3,000- and 10,000-point merchandise milestones are preserved while inclusive items and variants are approved; merchandise cannot be claimed until that inventory is activated. Standard shipping remains customer-paid for free items unless Ball Players separately funds it.
