Daily Score Privacy Notice
Version 1.1-2026-07-21 explains how the adult Daily Score system treats private habit logs, optional generated sharing, retention, and promotional rewards.
What Daily Score collects
Daily Score uses an existing verified Shopify customer account and one dedicated personal profile. It stores ownership, adult-eligibility acceptance, display alias, timezone, daily category selections, optional notes, timestamps, points, streaks, achievements, reward status, anomaly flags, and audit events.
Private by default
Meal, fuel, reading, workout, recovery, reflection, gratitude, help, and community-service notes are never public. Public APIs do not return raw logs, customer identity, account details, or reward codes. There are no public histories, leaderboards, direct messages, follower counts, or location tracking.
Adult account access
Daily Score participation is limited to adults 18 or older. Only the profile owner's verified Shopify customer account can access the private profile. An approved public summary uses the display alias and contains no raw note.
Purpose and recipients
Ball Players uses Daily Score data to operate scoring, streaks, achievements, privacy choices, support, security, moderated sharing, promotional rewards, and anonymized impact reporting. Supabase stores server-mediated records, Shopify provides customer identity and reward checkout, Vercel hosts the application, and authorized staff access only the records needed for their role.
Retention and deletion
Raw notes are deleted after 12 months unless a legal hold applies. Minimized date, category, and point totals may remain to preserve lifetime scoring and anonymized metrics. A verified deletion or health-deletion request removes notes and promotional balances, removes shared accomplishments, and minimizes legally permitted transaction or redemption records.
