Fitness Terms of Service
These terms explain the account, purchase, digital-access, personalized-service, and safety rules for Ball Players Fitness LLC.
Operator and contact
The service is operated by Ball Players Fitness LLC, 940 W Washington Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90015, United States. Contact info@ballplayersfitness.com for support, cancellation, or a paper copy of an electronic record.
Eligibility and accounts
Fitness services are for adults age 18 or older. You must use a current email address, protect account access, provide accurate information, and notify Ball Players Fitness if you believe an account has been misused.
Offer-specific agreement
Before an eligible paid checkout opens, the signed-in customer must review the current price, billing frequency, delivery schedule, refund terms, health disclaimer, and approved legal versions; type a legal name; complete required acknowledgements; and receive an emailed PDF copy. The short-lived checkout authorization cannot be transferred or reused.
Digital access and intellectual property
Programs, memberships, challenges, videos, downloads, and personalized deliverables are licensed for the purchasing customer's personal, noncommercial use during the applicable access period. You may not share credentials, publish, redistribute, resell, sublicense, scrape, record protected calls without permission, or use protected content to train a competing product or service.
Personalized services and appointments
Personalized work begins after payment and a complete protected intake. Published delivery windows are measured in business days after usable information is received. Calls may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice; one courtesy late change is allowed. Later missed calls may count as delivered, subject to nonwaivable rights. Meeting links are created after purchase and shown only to the assigned customer.
Fitness, nutrition, and emergency limits
Ball Players Fitness provides general adult fitness and wellness education, not medical care, diagnosis, treatment, physical therapy, emergency service, or medical nutrition therapy. No result is guaranteed. Stop activity and seek appropriate help for chest pain, fainting, severe shortness of breath, sudden weakness, significant dizziness, new neurologic symptoms, severe or increasing pain, or another concerning symptom. Call emergency services for emergencies.
Governing law and consumer rights
These terms are governed by California law and venue is in California, subject to nonwaivable consumer rights and mandatory law in the customer's jurisdiction. No mandatory arbitration agreement or class-action waiver is included. If any provision conflicts with a nonwaivable right, that right controls.
Review status
