Remote-only catalog
The planned recurring offerings are BP Access, BP Performance, BP Plus, and BP Elite. They provide online library access and, where described, online accountability support. Customer training occurs at home or at an independently chosen gym; no Ball Players facility, gym membership, or included in-person session is provided.
Before purchase
Before any paid checkout opens, the exact counsel-approved offer page and agreement must show the monthly price, billing frequency, renewal term, cancellation method, paid-through access, and contact information. A monthly purchase will require a separate affirmative recurring-payment acknowledgement, and Ball Players Fitness will retain the consent evidence with the versioned agreement record.
How to cancel
Once approved and active, customers will be able to open Member Account, choose Manage Shopify orders and subscriptions, and use Shopify's subscription-management interface. They may also contact info@ballplayersfitness.com before the next renewal.
Access after cancellation
The proposed terms provide that cancellation stops future renewals. Access ordinarily remains available through the paid period unless a refund, charge reversal, fraud event, or policy violation requires earlier revocation.
Application-first online services
BP Plus and BP Elite are planned as approved monthly remote memberships. 12-Week Online Accountability Coaching is planned as one approved $900 payment for a 12-week remote service and is not a monthly subscription.
