Request a refund or cancellation review

Send the order number and a concise explanation. Ball Players Fitness will confirm receipt by email and review the request against the signed offer schedule and applicable rights.

Before you submit

  • Do not include diagnoses, medical records, card numbers, passwords, or detailed health information.
  • Subscription customers can also cancel future renewals online through their Member Account.
  • A request is not approved until Ball Players Fitness confirms the decision.
