Coach Ken leads the Ball Players Fitness training content and online accountability experience. You train at home or at a gym you independently choose. Live support is online and only included where your selected plan says it is. Local in-person training is not included in any plan. A local-training inquiry is not a booking, price, or availability guarantee; any session may be considered only after separate availability, pricing, and written agreement.
How is nutrition support scoped?
Meal planning, macro and micronutrient education, habits, body-composition goals, and accountability are general wellness support. They are not medical nutrition therapy, diagnosis, treatment, or condition-specific dieting.
